RFI #26-02 - Removal of In-Ground Vehicle Lift and Concrete Slab Restoration

Monterey-Salinas Transit District (MST) is soliciting statements of information from qualified firms for the removal of in-ground vehicle lifts and concrete slab restoration, as described in more detail in the scope of work of the RFI document. The location for this project is MST’s CJW Operations and Maintenance Facility located at 443 Victor Way in Salinas, CA 93907. Work shall include full demolition, proper disposal of all components, engineered backfill, and concrete slab restoration to support future use with mobile lifting equipment.Please note that the sole purpose of this solicitation is for MST to gather information for this project. This does not commit MST to enter into a contract, nor will a contract will not be awarded as a result of this solicitation. MST may issue a subsequent Invitation for Bids in the future to complete the work described herein. At that time, the Invitation for Bids may be made public and may also be sent to firms that submitted statements of information in response to this solicitation.
