Therefore, if you would like to do business with Donna ISD you must complete and return this bid. Discount prices will include all shipping and handling charges, F.O.B. Destination, unless otherwise noted or unless other terms have been negotiated. The District does not guarantee any quantities that will be purchased as a result of this Request for Proposal.
