CRIST, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT & COMPTROLLER, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) NUMBER 02/26The Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court & Comptroller is seeking proposals from qualified investment management firms to provide professional fixed-income investment management services for approximately $1.5 billion in short-term operating and reserve funds currently managed by the Clerk’s Office. The selected firm(s) will be expected to provide investment management services in accordance with Section 218.415, Florida Statutes; the Clerk's Investment Policy; applicable bond covenants; governmental accounting and reporting standards; and any additional requirements established by the Clerk. The Clerk's primary investment objectives, in order of priority, are: (1) Preservation of principal, (2) Liquidity, and (3) Yield consistent with statutory and policy constraints.All Proposals must be delivered to the Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller, Purchasing Department, 407 N East Street, Tampa, Florida, 33602 or mailed to the Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller, P.O. Box 1110, Tampa, Florida 33601, Attention: Purchasing Department, and received NO LATER THAN 2:00 P.M. (LOCAL TIME), JULY 10, 2026. The Proposal opening will be at 601 E. Kennedy Blvd., 13th Floor, Training Room A, Tampa, Florida 33602. Pursuant to the Laws of Florida, a Proposal under this advertisement will also allow agencies such as chartered municipalities, local public agencies, boards, or other governmental authorities existing within the State of Florida to purchase goods or services during the effective period of the contract under the same terms and conditions as the awarded contract, including price.
