Description

The Board of Education of the City of St. Louis (d/b/a St. Louis Public Schools) (“District” or “SLPS”) hereby invites electronic bids from qualified and experienced firms to provide comprehensive demolition and site restoration services at a former school site. Services shall include, but are not limited to, all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, permitting, environmental compliance, structural demolition, removal of foundations and appurtenances, lawful disposal of debris and full site restoration to a safe, stable and properly graded condition in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations. All work must be performed in a manner that ensures safety, regulatory compliance and readiness of the site for future use.
