RFP 2025-012226 REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS BRADY CITY HALL RENOVATION – PHASE 1

The City of Brady (City) is soliciting Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RFP) from specialty contractor service companies for Brady City Hall Renovation improvements. Specialty contractor service companies must have experience with the construction and renovation and remodeling of office type facilities including government institutions. Interested bidders must have a contractor completion record for renovation and commissioning of newly remodeled office type facilities. This solicitation is based on a competitive sealed proposal method with the following ranked values: Price - 50%, Experience - 25%, and Capacity - 25%. A detailed methodology can be found in the complete RFP package. Sealed proposal response must be received by the City Secretary no later than Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. to be considered. Proposal response shall include a bid security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bidder's Total Proposal Price in the form of a bid bond or cashier’s check. A mandatory pre-bid site visit is established as Thursday, January 15, 2026 10:00 a.m. at City Hall, 201 E. Main Street, Brady, Texas.

Delivery Requirement: Sealed proposal responses must be delivered to the City Secretary in a sealed envelope delivered via courier to City of Brady, 201 E. Main Street, Brady, TX 76825, or USPS to City of Brady, PO Box 351, Brady, TX 76825. All responses must be received prior to the 3:00 p.m. deadline. Sealed responses must be clearly labeled “CITY HALL RENOVATION – PHASE 1”. Proposals shall be publicly opened and read aloud so as to disclose requirements for submission.
