The City of Waco Housing and CommunityDevelopment Department is seeking an experienced, qualified firm(s), orindividual(s) to perform Lead Risk Assessment, in conformance with the HUD Guidelinesfor the Evaluation and Control of Lead-Based Paint and provide a report thatmeets state requirements under the Texas Environmental Lead Reduction Rule(TELRR) 25 TAC 295.212(c) for each site evaluated. Awardee must comply to therequirements of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and LeadSafe Housing Rule (LSHR), found in 24 CFR Part 35.
