    Description

    The City of Milwaukie (City) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for maintenance and repair services for the City’s wells, pumps, boosters, and electric motor assemblies, on an on-call, as-needed basis. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means necessary to complete the work. The awarded contract will be for a maximum duration of five (5) years and up to $500,000. A complete description of services is provided under Section 3 of this document. Proposers should possess strong qualities in communication, timeliness and competency. Proposals submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
