Pine Gully Pier Demolition and Construction Services

               

Sealed Request for Proposals for the PINE GULLY PIER DEMOLITION AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, Seabrook Project No. 2026-06-347 will be received until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 by the Purchasing Coordinator, Rebecca Howton, 1100 Red Bluff Rd. Seabrook, Texas 77586. Bids must be received and time stamped by the Purchasing Department prior to the aforementioned time, when they will be publicly opened and read aloud at Seabrook Public Works. No late bids will be accepted. Bidding documents may be obtained from the city website at www.seabrooktx.gov, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com, or through at www.civcastusa.com.

RFPs may also be submitted electronically through Public Purchase.  To submit an RFP electronically, an account will need to be created in Public Purchase, and then RFP 2026-06-347 can be accessed for electronic submission.  Electronic RFPs must be submitted before the 2:00 pm deadline on April 28, 2026.  Please visit https://www.publicpurchase.com/gems/register/vendor/register to register or login with Public Purchase. A Pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00 pm on April 16, 2026, at 1100 Red Bluff Rd. in Seabrook. This Pre-bid meeting is non-mandatory, but bidders are highly encouraged to attend.
