Sealed Request for Proposals for the HEALTH & WELFARE BENEFITS, Seabrook Project No. 2026-07 will be received until 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 14, 2026 by the Purchasing Coordinator, Rebecca Howton, at 1700 1st Street, Seabrook, TX 77586. Bids must be received and time stamped by the Purchasing Department prior to the aforementioned time, when they will be publicly opened and read aloud at Seabrook City Hall. No late bids will be accepted. Bidding documents may be obtained from the city website at www.seabrooktx.gov, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com, through www.civcastusa.com, or from HUB International at lai.phomsouvanh@hubinternational.com.
RFPs may also be submitted electronically through Public Purchase.
