Additionally, the development must also meet the applicable statutory and/or regulatory requirements of 24 CFR Part 92, related to the available HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) funds, 2 CFR Part 200 related to the Uniform Administrative Requirements, 24 CFR Part 75 regarding HUD Section 3 requirements direct employment, training, and contracting opportunities to low-income individuals and the businesses that employ these persons within their community, and any other applicable requirements for federal awards.
