OUC is seeking proposals from qualified consulting actuarial firm (“Consultant”). The purpose of this solicitation is select one (1) or more Consultant(s) capable of delivering a range of services including actuarial consulting services for the OUC Pension Plan, OPEB Trust, and self-insured medical program in accordance with Attachment A: Detailed Scope of Work. The selected Consultant shall provide annual actuarial valuations, GASB reporting, regulatory filings, actuarial studies, benefit consulting, and advisory services related to pension and post-employment benefits. The Consultant shall support OUC in evaluating plan funding, regulatory compliance, and long-term financial sustainability.Opening: Notwithstanding the physical location identified in Section 3.12 of the RFP, the Proposal Opening will be conducted virtually. Members of the public may attend by requesting access from the Buyer of Record no later than one (1) business day prior to the scheduled opening. Access instructions will be provided upon request. The virtual opening shall constitute the official public opening for this solicitation. Only the names of the Proposers will be announced and subsequently posted on this platform.
