    University Health ("UH") Facilities Management is seeking qualified contractors to provide proposals to conduct a life safety assessment of University Health locations based on NFPA 101:2012 edition of the Life Safety Code. The survey shall be coordinated with a Director of Facilities Management or their designee. See Exhibit C for the Building List, Building Classifications and Square Footages per location. Square footage per location is University Health’s best estimate at the time of this RFP. University Health: 4502 Medical Drive; MAC (Morgan's Multi-Assistance Center): 5210 Thousand Oaks Drive; MARC (Medical Arts and Research Center): 8300 Floyd Curl Drive; RBG (Robert B. Green): 903 W. Martin Street; TDI (Texas Diabetes Institute): 701 S. Zarzamora Street. University Health reserves the right to award to multiple respondents.The Life Safety Assessment Project will be an initial contract term one (1) year with five (4) one (1) year renewal periods.
