University Health System is seeking qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) of its hospital campus(es) and associated facilities. The purpose of this assessment is to: evaluate the physical condition of building systems, identify deferred maintenance, establish a Facility Condition Index (FCI), develop 5-, 10-, and 20-year capital renewal plans, support long-term capital planning and risk mitigation, and to integrate findings with the organization’s CMMS (UH currently uses FSI as their CMMS tool) and capital planning tools. The selected vendor shall perform a comprehensive Facilities Condition Assessment (FCA) across all University Health facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and support buildings. The assessment shall include, at a minimum: Architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and vertical transportation systems Central utility plants and infrastructure systems Site infrastructure where applicable
