CAC seeks proposals from California Independent Contractors, Individuals, Sole Proprietors, Partnerships, California Certified Small Business (SB), Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE), 501(c)(3) organizations registered in California, private for-profit organizations, and organizations with a joint powers agreement based in California to respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP). PURPOSE CAC¿s current strategic framework expires in 2027. As a state arts agency with an obligation to serve California¿s arts, cultures and creative economies and residents, CAC is required to have a current strategic plan by the state, Government Code 11816 and as part of its obligation to the National Endowment for Arts state arts agency partnership. MAXIUM BUDGET Up to $49,999. With the potential to amend for up to $40,001.
