Proposals must be signed and submitted to the City in a sealed envelope and must be marked “RFP #2525 – Water Meter Replacement .” Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the Proposal and all persons interested therein. Prevailing wages will apply to this work. No Proposer shall withdraw their Proposal after the actual opening thereof. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, waive irregularities in any Proposal, and to accept any Proposal that is deemed by City to be in the best interests of the City.
