The Yavapai County Free Library District (YCFLD) is requesting proposals in response to RFP #26-001 for Automated Circulation Solutions for the Yavapai Library Network. All solicitation related documents are publicly available at the Yavapai County website, https://www.yavapaiaz.gov/County-Government/Solicitations-and-Re-Bids-for-Solicitations-Released-Before-November-3-2025. Sealed proposals are due on February 19, 2026 no later than 1:30 PM physically at the Yavapai County Office AND electronically at https://sunnypathassoc.bonfirehub.com/opportunities. The physical proposal submitted must be sealed and plainly marked “RFP #26-001 – Automated Circulation Solutions” and must be received in the Board of Supervisors Office, Room 310, 1015 Fair St., Prescott, AZ 86305 no later than 1:30 P.M. MST (by the official clock located in the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors).Yavapai County will not be responsible for proposals that are not marked appropriately and/or sent to the wrong address. Proposals will be publicly opened, and the Vendor Name will be read aloud at 2:00 PM MST, Thursday February 19, 2026, at 1015 Fair St., Prescott, AZ, Gladys Gardner Conference Room. All other information within the proposal shall remain confidential until award is made. Refer to the solicitation document for additional information. YCFLD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal or proposals deemed to be in the best interest of the YCFLD.
