To All Interested Firms: The College of Southern Maryland (CSM) is soliciting proposals from firms to provide Athletic Team Transportation Services on an on-call, as-needed, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity basis. Submittals will only be accepted via the College’s Bid Locker portal before 11:00am (eastern time), April 9, 2026 unless changed via addendum at which time and place the College will record the names of firms that submitted a timely response. Late submittals will not be considered. It is the responsibility of each firm to ensure their submittal is received prior to the scheduled submittal due date and time and submissions that the submittal package is complete or the College may deem the response as Not Responsible or Non-Responsive. Copies of this Request for Proposals (RFP) may be obtained from the College of Southern Maryland’s Bid Locker portal https://bidlocker.us/a/csmd/BidLocker. Firms are responsible for obtaining any changes/addendums posted on that website. The College of Southern Maryland reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive any formalities, informalities, or technicalities as it deems necessary, appropriate, and in the College’s best interest.
