The City of Olathe Police Department (“City”) is soliciting proposals for a turnkey Tactical Support Unit (TSU) equipment vehicle. The vehicle will support cold-zone logistics, support operations, and training by transporting, organizing, securing, and rapidly deploying TSU equipment and support tools.
