Relocation of existing fire extinguisher to accommodate new double dour at suite entry point. Project provides infrastructure only for AV/IT equipment, cabling, and terminations. Projector will be provided by TCC.This work is considered construction and not maintenance and under Texas Government Code 2253.021 the bidder shall provide payment bonds for all work over $25,000 and performance bonds for all work over $100,000. The cost of the bonds are the contractor’s responsibility and should be included the base bid amount.Scheduled work to commence on July 12, 2026.Estimated budget: $100,000Drawings are expected to be released the day of the walk-through and our priority is to ensure this work is completed for our upcoming fall session. Classes begin August 17, 2026.
