If the General Contractor is responsible for the testing, please provide all the testing requirements for this project. 2. Will weather days count against the project? 5. Does this project have a Force Majeure clause? 6. What are the working hours? Any restrictions that we should be aware of? 7. Is there any activity on the site throughout the contract time involving the Park’s and County’s staff and machinery? 15. Please confirm that the project’s duration is 180 days for both Civil Site constructions and Restroom Building constructions. 16. If the Restroom Building is not awarded to the GC. How would the Sewer, Water, and Electrical lines be terminated? 17. Does this project need electrical work? If yes, please provide specs, details, and drawings. 18. Would GC’s who have multiple active construction projects, be considered riskier than GC’s who do not have any active construction project? Or having one or tow active projects? 19. On Sheet 2.00, Site Plan, note “NEW LOW WALL FOR SEATING (TYP.)”. However, there are no details for this seat wall in civil plans. What are the elevations for Top of Wall (TW) and Bottom of Wall BW)? Please provide details and specs. 20. On Sheet 2.00, Site Plan, note “NEW 15’ X 20’ PAVILION”. However, there are no details for this 15’x15’ pavilion. Please provide details and specs. 21. A: 1. Contractor shall be responsible for soil & materials testing. Refer to sheet S003 & S004 and the Project Manual for testing requirements. 2. Refer to Specification #012100 Allowances. 3. Mid to late June start date. 4. Time extension due to weather may be requested with appropriate supporting documentation. Must be approved by Owner. 5. No. 6. The continuous boards shall be 1x6 wood. All wood shall be pressure treated and painted black. Provide a 1x6 wood board, the height of the fence at each post, to cover the ends of the continuous boards. 23. The existing light pole shall be relocated by the power company. 24.
