A. PURPOSE

Therefore, we are seeking the services of an organization able to provide Dual Language Professional Development, Sheltered Instruction strategies and Best Practices designed to increase teachers’ abilities to meet the needs of our large Multilingual Learners placed in Bilingual and mainstream classes. In collaboration with the Director of Bilingual Education, the consultants should be able to provide professional development to specific groups of teachers based on their needs and proficiency dealing with Multilingual Learners.
B. SCOPE OF SERVICE
The services provided by the consultants shall include but shall not be limited to the following:
