RFP documents may be obtained from Lauren Inmon in the Business Office, Administration Building, 602 West Hill Street, Fulton, MS 38843; by phone at 662-862-8015; or by email request to [email protected] or through Central Bidding Website at www.centralauctionhouse.com. Sealed proposals must be submitted to the location listed above in accordance with the instructions contained in the RFP. ICC reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all proposals and alter the dates of selection and/or award as needed. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria set forth in the RFP. Award, if made, will be to the responsible and responsive proposer whose proposal is determined to be the lowest and best, taking into consideration all evaluation factors. ICC reserves the right to select a proposal other than the lowest cost proposal in accordance with the “lowest and best” standard.
