UMGC seeks to procure high-quality, third-party short form content providers to serve adult learners, including working professionals and military-affiliated individuals. These offerings will be integrated into UMGC’s, soon to be built, Workforce Development Marketplace, with select courses potentially evaluated for credit equivalency toward UMGC programs. This is a selective, multi-award RFP. UMGC encourages submissions from providers with demonstrated skills-focused learning curriculum, strong learner outcomes, and enterprise-ready capabilities. The offerings will support UMGC’s commitment to affordable, flexible, and stackable noncredit learning opportunities that align with labor market demand and meet the needs of our diverse learner base. Programs should be designed for working adult learners seeking to upskill or reskill to advance their careers, including individuals leveraging employer tuition assistance benefits. Additionally, offerings should ideally serve active-duty military and affiliated learners utilizing Credentialing Assistance (CA).
