Answers will be addressed in an addendum, and will be sent to all other Offerors, but without identification of the Inquirer. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to review the entire RFP document prior to submitting questions, and for efficiency, may submit up to ten (10) questions regarding this RFP. Technical Proposals are due no later than 11:00 AM ET on March 16, 2026. Please read the directions carefully for electronic submissions to Bid Locker. Firms must be registered to Bid Locker prior to uploading Proposals. The University of Maryland Global Campus ("UMGC") is soliciting proposals from staffing firms specializing in Event and Temporary Staffing for Commencement Services. Proposers should have experience in placing similar staff in the metropolitan Washington, DC area. A local office/branch is highly preferred to provide the level of customer service expected by UMGC. Commencement Services may also have a need for administrative staff in the role of a Commencement Representative. This Solicitation does not include staffing needs for professional Information Technology or professional Marketing/Creative positions. UMGC is located in Adelphi, Maryland.
