he City of Jurupa Valley (City) is soliciting proposals from reputable design firms with demonstrated expertise in Architectural and Engineering (A&E) services for the Avalon Street Building Renovation Project for APN 178-080-009 (2625 Avalon Street). The site includes three (3) existing buildings, described as follows: Pre-Bid Meeting Information: Yes Online Q&A: Yes Location Information: Department: Purchasing Address: 2625 Avalon Street, Jurupa Valley CA 92509 County: Riverside Other Details: • Building 1 – Congregational Hall: Constructed in the early 1990s, this building served as the main congregational hall and has an approximate floor area of 6,422 square feet.• Building 2 – Kitchen/Office Building: Also constructed in the early 1990s concurrently with the Congregational Hall, this building includes a kitchen, office spaces, and restroom facilities, and has an approximate floor area of 1,800 square feet.• Building 3 – Multipurpose Building: Constructed in 2004, this building includes two (2) offices and one large multipurpose room. The multipurpose room is approximately 1,558 square feet in size, with a total building area of approximately 2,400 square feet. Notes: NOTE: No building expansions, room additions, nor modifications to the existing floor plans are proposed at this time. Architectural & Engineering design services shall be limited to renovation, repair, and system upgrades within the existing building footprints.
