REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR THE MOTHER LODE THEATER BUTTE-SILVER BOW, MONTANA Mother Lode Theatre Building Architectural Services: This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for professional architectural services to provide opinions of probable cost and phasing for the restoration of the Mother Lode Theater. The selected consultant will be responsible for delivering an updated analysis, opinion of probable cost, and phasing plan to support the successful restoration of this historic venue. The selected qualified Architectural Firm will provide design services to complete an updated opinion of probable cost and phasing plan for building improvements at the Mother Lode Theatre. The consultant and any subcontractors will be responsible for overall plan development which will include façade improvements, infrastructure upgrades, structural upgrades, mechanical and plumbing upgrades, electrical upgrades, and code compliance improvements. This plan will also include a funding analysis, including the possibility of bonding or other municipal financing options. Respondents are required to submit their response to this Request for Proposals no later than 5: 00 p.m. on February 7 , 2024 to: Community Development Department, Butte Silver Bow, 155 W. Granite, Butte MT 59701 or by email to kbyrnes@bsb.mt.gov. A pre-proposal walk-through for any interested firms will be held on January 28, 2025 from 1:00-3:00 PM, at the Mother Lode Theater, 316 W. Park Street, Butte, MT 59701. Electronic submissions will be accepted by email to kbyrnes@bsb.mt.gov. If submitting a hard copy please submit one copy of the response to this Request for Proposals (hereafter “RFP”).
