The bid solicitation can be found using your Euna/Bonfire registration sign-on once registered.Proposals will be completed in the Euna/Bonfire system; however, they can be emailed to purchasing@demco.org on or before 12:00 Noon, July 2, 2026, if experiencing any difficulties. You must notify purchasing@demco.org if you are having difficulties before submitting an email proposal.Code of Ethics and Business Conduct – Business Courtesies: To maintain the integrity and impartiality of DEMCO’s procurement process, bidders and contractors are advised that DEMCO employees are prohibited from accepting business gifts, gratuities, meals, favors, or other courtesies of any kind during the solicitation, evaluation, or contract negotiation process.Employees who award contracts; influence the allocation of business; develop specifications that may impact vendor selection or project cost; or participate in negotiations must avoid any action that could create the appearance of favoritism or undermine DEMCO’s reputation for impartial and ethical business practices. Bidders shall not offer or attempt to provide such courtesies to DEMCO employees. Any attempt to do so may result in disqualification from the RFQ/RFP process.By submitting a response, bidders acknowledge and agree to comply with DEMCO’s ethical standards as a condition of participation.In the event that a contractor has cause to believe that DEMCO has acted improperly or unethically during the term of this bidding/contract, the contractor is encouraged to report such conduct to DEMCO's Ethics Point Hotline at http://demco.ethicspoint.com or call the toll-free number: 1-844-704-6248. When a report is filed using the Ethics Point web site or call center, the reporter's identity will remain confidential and anonymous.General Terms and Conditions DEMCO reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and select the proposal deemed to be in its best interest. DEMCO reserves the right to request additional information or clarifications from proposers.The selected vendor will be required to enter into a contract with DEMCO containing standard terms and conditions, including insurance requirements, indemnification, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. DEMCO reserves the right to establish a not-to-exceed amount during contract negotiations. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the DEMCO Bonfire/Euna Solutions portal. Late submissions will not be accepted. Vendors are responsible for ensuring successful submission prior to the deadline.
