The Project consists of conducting a detailed needs assessment and developing a community and data driven planning document to provide guidance to the City for the organized and structured development of the City's parks and recreational facilities for the next twenty (20) years or more. The Project will reflect and prioritize community needs, address inequity of park elements, aging infrastructure, serve as a planning document for Capital Improvement Projects, and ensure support for the City's parks and recreational facilities for years to come. The Project will be completed for the 28 public parks (Exhibit B of RFP). An assessment of recreation program services (i.e., recreation classes/activities) is not part of the Project. THE USER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING THE CITY WEBSITE FOR ANY UPDATES/ADDENDA. THE CITY WILL NOT TRACK USER DOWNLOADS.
