Background

RFP-Clerk Newspaper Publication The City of Taylor Office of the Clerk is accepting bids for the Official City Newspaper, Publishing of Legal Publications and Classified Advertising for the City of Taylor. The Contract will be in effect through June 30, 2027, commencing upon approval by City Council. There will be an optional extension for twelve months for up to two additional periods. Bids will only be accepted from bidders who are qualified to publish legal notices under the laws of the State of Michigan, specifically MCL 691.1051.
