Scope of Work The City anticipates the need for construction-related services to be administered through task orders primarily supporting Fort Carson and projects within the City of Fountain. Task orders are expected to range from approximately 500,000 dollars to 5,000,000 dollars. Work may include, but is not limited to: • Building, facility, and structural construction, repair, and alteration • Painting and signage • Services and commodities • Sewer line replacements • Cleaning services • ADA-compliant work • Flooring replacement • Roofing and abatement • Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems • Earthwork, concrete, and asphalt paving • Demolition and deconstruction • Gazebos and similar structures Contractors must demonstrate the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and must be financially self‑sustaining, with the ability to self‑perform at least 50 percent of all services and materials using their own workforce or that of a similarly situated subcontractor. Contract Award The City of Fountain intends to award a multi‑year contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and is determined to be most advantageous to the City and its partners, considering technical acceptance and other evaluation factors.
