Summary of Work : The City of Mission is accepting proposals for Comprehensive Trail Development Assessment Plan . Proposal Submittal Deadline: Proposal responses addressed to Mr. Edgar Chapa, Contracts Administrator, will be received until Wednesday, June 04, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., Central Standard Time (CST ) . All proposal responses are to be delivered to City of Mission Procurement Department, 1201 East 8 th Street, Mission, Texas 78572 , on or before the aforementioned date and time. Proposal responses shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked as follows: RFP: 25-485-06-04 Comprehensive Trail Development Assessment Plan . No Facsimiles or late arrivals will be accepted. Any RFP received after that time will not be opened and will be returned. Overnight mail must also be properly labeled on the outside of express envelope or package in reference to RFP. Pre-Proposal Conference : A Pre-Proposal Conference will be conducted on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 10:00 am . The Pre-Proposal Conference will be conducted at the Mission City Hall, Council Chambers, 1201 E. 8 th St., Mission, TX 78572. It is Highly Recommended that you attend in person or via zoom. All prospective respondents are encouraged to be in attendance. All Proposers are highly recommended to attend and sign in. To view this solicitation, access Plans and Specifications, and submit a bid response, you must first register in the City’s bidding portal at https://cityofmission.procureware.com . Solicitation documents will not be mailed, e-mailed, or provided in person. Once registered, you will also be added to the solicitation distribution list for changes and/or additions via Addenda form.
