    Description

    This project will involve the design and construction of street/traffic improvements in and around the North Lynnwood Costco area. These improvements are necessary to accommodate existing and future traffic volumes, as well as to enhance overall safety and connectivity. The planning area includes, but is not limited to, 33rd Ave W, Maple Road, Beech Road, SR-525, Alderwood Mall Parkway, 30th Pl W, 182nd St SW, and 184th St SW.

     

    Phase 1 will identify a list of transportation projects recommended for short-term implementation (1–2 years) and long-term implementation (3–20+ years). Phase 1 will also develop short-term solutions construction bid package.

     

    Future phases will involve preparing plans, specifications, and cost estimates for the improvements identified in the Phase 1 study, consistent with the phasing plan developed by the Consultant. It is anticipated that multiple phases will be required to complete the improvement.
