Work will generally follow the Vermont Agency of Transportation 2024 Standard Specifications for Construction. Interested parties shall understand that final contract award and contract signing will be dependent of FEMA funding approval. All work shall be complete by September 15, 2026. Bidding Documents will be issued by Wilson Consulting Engineers, PLC (jwilson@wce-co.com or 802-793-9868), or found at www.wolcottvt.org. Documents are available by PDF (free of charge). A pre-bid conference will not be held, but perspective bidders are encouraged to visit the site prior to bidding. A Bid Bond shall be required for the Bid submittal to be accepted and Payment & Performance Bonds will be required for the successful bidder.
