Proposers must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting that has been scheduled for Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at 10:00 am starting at Citrus Heights Community Center, 6300 Fountain Square Drive, Citrus Heights; and ending at Sylvan Community Center, 7521 Community Dr., Citrus Heights. The mandatory pre-bid meeting shall include walking of each jobsite. Additionally, any questions related to this RFP shall be submitted in writing to the Project Manager at bpanell@citrusheights.net, cc’d to generalservices@citrusheights.net, by no later than 4:00 pm September 12, 2024. An addendum with answers to all questions received will be posted on the city’s website at www.citrusheights.net on the respective RFP/Bids page by no later than September 13, 2024.
