    Description

    The City of Angels Camp “City” seeks a qualified vendor to perform work as needed for the Greenhorn Creek Landscape and Lighting District (LLD) within the specified LLD Zones A1-A11 and PCR Areas 1-5 in adherence to the 2022 California Fire Code, California Public Resource Code 4291, and City of Angels Municipal Code 810 requirements to maintain properties from overgrowing dead and dying vegetation that increases risk of wildfire. The Contractor is responsible for removal and disposal of waste materials. The City reserves the right to execute the contract to meet the available revenue of the District, such as will-call landscape clean ups, reduced maintenance levels, etc. The contract agreement will be for a period of thirty-six (36) months, commencing on May 15, 2026, and ending on June 30, 2029. The City has the option to extend the terms of the agreement for one-to-three additional periods of one-year, ending on June 30, 2032.
