    Description

    LAWA is seeking a qualified provider to deliver comprehensive homelessness outreach services across all LAWA properties, including the Central Terminal Area (CTA) at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Van Nuys Airport (VNY). The selected proposer will deploy a dedicated two-person outreach team to operate full-time during daytime hours and as needed, night hours. The team will be supported by a Program Manager or Supervisor who will offer administrative oversight and support to the dedicated outreach team. The outreach team will collaborate closely with LAWA security, Airport Police, the Crisis Intervention Team, and public safety personnel to identify, engage, assess, and connect individuals experiencing homelessness to appropriate housing and supportive services. The provider will be responsible for submitting weekly written reports detailing key metrics, including terminal counts, the number of assessments and engagements, and successful transport and connection to shelter or housing options.
