    The City of West Fargo is requesting proposals for (2) new and/or used Loaders. These will be used by the City of West Fargo Public Works and West Fargo Airport. Proposals shall be received by the City of West Fargo Public Works Facility at 810 12th Avenue Northwest, West Fargo, ND 58078 no later than 10:00 A.M., April 7th, 2026. Proposals shall be in a sealed envelope and marked "Loader Lease Contract Renewal" on the outside of the sealed envelope. The City reserves the right to cancel this RFP or postpone the date and time for submitting proposals at any time prior to the proposal due date. The City does not promise to accept the proposal and specifically reserves the right the reject the proposal.
