Questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted in writing, by email only, to the General Services Department and must be received no later than 4:00 PM, February 24, 2022. Inquiries submitted via email shall be clearly marked on the subject line “Old Auburn Road Complete Streets Project (Phase 1) - Question” and emailed to: generalservices@citrusheights.net AND LBlomquist@citrusheights.net Proposal Due 4:00 PM PST, Thursday, March 3, 2022. Proposer’s submittal shall be as follows: A maximum of fifteen (15) sheets of paper with printing on both sides (double-sided) totaling thirty (30) pages of information, inclusive of the cover letter, resumes, graphics, etc. Required Local Assistance paperwork does not count toward the page limit. One (1) electronic (Adobe PDF) on a memory stick and three (3) bound copies. Proposal must be received (not postmarked) and date stamped by a designated city employee no later than 4:00 PM PST, March 3, 2022.
