The Consultant will also be required to draft project description(s) for the project, complete environmental technical analyses and prepare documentation for the CEQA compliance. It is anticipated that at least an Initial Study /Mitigated Negative Declaration will be required. The Community Resilience Centers (CRC) Program term of the project is currently specified by the grant agreement, which has an end date of March 31, 2029. It is not yet known if the grant agreement period can be extended. The project will involve working closely with RMWD project management, other consultants hired to design the project, local interest groups and the community at large.
