Assistance will be provided to eligible lowincome owners of single-family, owner-occupied homes in the form of a deferred payment loan to make code, health and safety, weatherization, and energy efficiency repairs to their homes. The deferred payment loan has no monthly payment and will be forgiven after 5 years.
