This solicitation has two (2) separate scopes of work available for offer: (1) Scope 1 (Attachment D) is for Residential Property Management Services for our residential properties located in Fairfax, VA and Manassas, VA and; (2) Scope 2 (Attachment E) is for Commercial Property Management Services for our commercial properties located in Arlington, VA. Offerors are welcome to offer on just one or both scopes of work and should clearly indicate on the first (1) page of their offer/proposal which scopes (1, 2 or BOTH) that they are offering on.
