    The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to establish a contract/s through competitive negotiations with one or more qualified vendors to provide Snow Removal Services for various facilities/campuses for the Facilities Department of George Mason University. George Mason University (herein after referred to as “George Mason,” “Mason,” or “University”) is a public institution of higher education and agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia.The University’s preference is to award to multiple offerors based on campus/site but we reserve the right to award to only one offeror/one contract if it is determined to be the in the best interest of the University and at our sole and absolute discretion.
