REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Highland View Club House Video Gambling Vendor Notice is hereby given that the City-County of Butte-Silver Bow is requesting proposals for Highland View Club House Video gambling machine vendor. Proposals will be received at or prior to 5:00p.m. (Mountain Standard Time) March 4, 2022, at the Office of the Clerk & Recorder, City-County of Butte-Silver Bow Second Floor, Room 208 Courthouse Building, 155 West Granite Street Butte, Montana 59701. The Parks and Recreation Department of the City-County of Butte-Silver Bow (“City-County”) is seeking proposals from a qualified Video Gambling machine operator. This task is providing and operating video gambling machines at the Highland View Clubhouse, 3150 Utah, Butte Montana 59701. Revenue from the video machines will be split between the vendor and Butte-Silver Bow. Qualified individuals or businesses are expected to have demonstrated experiences and knowledge of video gambling machine and all operations – including finance, marketing, installation, maintenance, state reporting, tax requirements. The respondent must demonstrate it is duly registered in the State of Montana. RFP will be posted on the City-County of Butte-Silver Bow website at http://co.silverbow.mt.us/bids.aspx. All requests will be reviewed by a committee and the successful respondent will be notified by March 31, 2022. The Request for Proposals will be on file at the Clerk and Recorder’s Office. The successful Respondent shall comply with all applicable Federal Regulations and Requirements which include but are not limited to Section 3 Clause, Equal Opportunity Clause, Executive Order 11246 and 11624, Federal Labor Standards and Civil Rights Act. Accordingly, the City-County of Butte-Silver Bow reserves the right to negotiate an agreement based upon fair, reasonable and competitive rates, as well as the right to reject any and all proposals and to accept the proposal deemed to represent the best interests of the City-County of Butte-Silver Bow.
