DEMCO reserves the right to request additional information or clarifications from proposers.The selected vendor will be required to enter into a contract with DEMCO containing standard terms and conditions, including insurance requirements, indemnification, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. DEMCO reserves the right to establish a not-to-exceed amount during contract negotiations. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the DEMCO Bonfire/Euna Solutions portal. Late submissions will not be accepted. Vendors are responsible for ensuring successful submission prior to the deadline.
