    The Town of Palm Beach is soliciting a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a qualified independent Certified Public Accountant firm licensed to practice in the State of Florida for the purpose of providing the following services: 1. Town of Palm Beach Audit Services – Annual examination of the Financial Statement records. 2. Town of Palm Beach Agreed Upon Procedures – Department of Environmental Protection (DEP Form 701.900(5)(e) State of Florida Solid Waste Management Facility Letter from Chief Financial Officer to Demonstrate Financial Assurance.If your firm is interested in this solicitation and would like to submit a proposal, click the "Prepare your submission" button below; selecting the button in no way obligates you to submit a response to this Request for Proposals (RFP).SUBMISSION: The Town only accepts online submittal of proposals through Euna, the eProcurement platform linked to the Town website, promoting a greener footprint.NON-MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE: A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held virtually via the Microsoft Teams meeting platform. To join the meeting please see the instructions included under "Files" or copy/paste the URL in the "Events" section into your browser. Date/Time are specified in the "Events" section. Attendance is strongly encouraged as this will be the only forum to seek clarification directly from Project Manager and Town staff.INTERVIEWS: Please save the date May 19,2026 from 2:00 PM and plan to participate if your firm is invited.AWARD: Award shall be made to the Proposers which offer the best value to the Town. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive non-material irregularities or technicalities and to re-advertise for all or any part of this solicitation as deemed in its best interest. The Town shall be the sole judge of its best interest. No proposer may withdraw their proposals for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date set for the opening thereof.TERM: The contract is projected to start on July 1, 2026.
