The purpose of this project is to expand pumping capacity at two key pump stations to support planned growth in the community. The selected PDB team will provide design, preconstruction, permitting, and construction services in a collaborative, phased approach. This RFP invites interested Proposers to submit their Qualifications and Cost Proposals to perform the work contemplated for the Project. Proposals shall be prepared according to the requirements set forth in this RFP, including the format and content guidelines in Section 5. The Proposals will be reviewed and evaluated using the selection process described in Section 6. The capitalized terms in this RFP have the meanings as first used in the text of this RFP or as defined in Attachment A (Definition of Terms).
