    Description

    The purpose of this RFP solicitation is to establish a contract with a qualified and experienced Consultant (PROPOSER) to provide Insurance Consultant Services for Employee Benefits Program offered by the Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County (“AUTHORITY”) as further detailed in the RFP document.Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Participation: NONEQuestions and Answers: The AUTHORITY provides a specified time for PROPOSERS to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Euna/Bonfire by the date and time specified in the RFP document (including any addenda). The AUTHORITY will respond to all questions through Euna/Bonfire, that may include a written Addendum.Submittal Instructions: PROPOSER MUST submit its solicitation response electronically and MUST confirm its submittal in order for the AUTHORITY to receive a valid response through Euna/Bonfire. Refer to Euna/Bonfire for submittal instructions. It is the PROPOSER’s sole responsibility to assure its response is submitted and received through Bonfire by the date and time specified in the solicitation. The AUTHORITY will not consider bid responses received by other means. PROPOSERS are encouraged to submit their responses in advance of the due date and time specified in the solicitation document. In the event that the PROPOSER is having difficulty submitting the solicitation document through Euna/Bonfire, immediately notify the RFP Contact (Purchasing Agent), and then contact Euna/Bonfire for technical assistance.
