The County intends to award a 35-month contract with the approximate term of August 1, 2026 - June 30, 2029 (with option to renew 2 additional years) to the Bidder selected as the most responsive and responsible Bidder whose response conforms to the Request for Proposal (RFP) and meets the County’s requirements. The total amount for the initial 11-month term of the contract shall not exceed $326,333. The amount for any 12-month period shall not exceed $356,000. The total amount for the 35-month term shall not exceed $1,038,333. Bidders may not request budgets above this amount. The final contract amount is subject to availability of funds and successful negotiations with the County.

4. How thorough, thoughtful, and relevant is Bidder’s plan to collect data to monitor the progress of the proposed services?
5. How well has Bidder identified pertinent issues and potential problems related to the project?
Proposals will be evaluated considering the RFP specifications and the questions below:
1. Has the Bidder demonstrated that it understands the deliverables the County expects it to provide?
2. How well does the Bidder describe capacity and plans to meet the deliverables?
3. Does the methodology described for required deliverables and reports depict a logical approach to fulfilling the requirements of the RFP?
4. How well does the Bidder describe plans to support the communication and reporting requirements for the project?
The points for Cost will be computed by dividing the amount of the lowest responsive and responsible bid received by each Bidder’s total proposed cost.
