    The Alameda County Transportation Commission (Alameda CTC) invites you to submit a proposal to provide project approval and environmental documentation services for I-580/I-680 Interchange Multimodal Improvements. The anticipated performance period is for a period of 60 months from October 2026 to October 2031.This contract will be funded with Measure B, Measure BB funds, and/or Vehicle Registration Fee (VRF) funds, or such funds in combination with other local funds. As such, the Alameda CTC Local Business Contract Equity (LBCE) Program will apply. The LBCE Program’s goals for professional services are 70.0% for Local Business Enterprise (LBE) firms and 30.0% for Small Local Business Enterprise (SLBE) firms. This contract is not subject to Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program requirements.Responses should be submitted in accordance with the requirements and instructions set forth in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The RFP documents have been posted on Alameda CTC’s Procurement Portal. Prospective proposers are responsible for registering and submitting proposals via the Procurement Portal.The Optional Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at the Alameda CTC offices on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PT); use the link below to register for the Pre-Proposal Meeting.Proposals are due on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, before 3:00:00 p.m. PT.
