The awarded Contractors shall provide environmentalabatement services on an as-needed basis for time sensitive situations inconnection with this RFP and resulting Contract(s) for a three-year initialterm with an option to extend two (2), one-year renewal periods for a totalcontract(s) not to exceed amount of $4,500,000.00, for all contracts awardedand all terms to include initial terms and extensions. The City anticipatesawarding multiple contracts as a result of this RFP.
